基于ICP-MS的拟穴青蟹蜕壳期前后蟹肉Ca^2+、Mg^2+浓度变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用石墨微波消解技术处理拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)蟹肉样品,ICP-MS同时测定Ca、Mg两种元素,标准曲线相关系数均≥0.995,前处理耗时短,消解效果良好。结果表明,拟穴青蟹在硬壳期时体内Ca^2+、Mg^2+平均含量为471、2508 mg/kg,而蜕壳后分别为385、1565 mg/kg,拟穴青蟹蜕壳前后Mg^2+浓度差异不显著、Ca^2+浓度差异显著。因此,为使拟穴青蟹生长过程中甲壳顺利蜕壳及硬化,建议在养殖池中合理补充Ca^2+、Mg^2+。 The meat samples of Scylla paramamosain were treated by graphite microwave digestion.ICP-MS was used to determine Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ simultaneously.The correlation coefficient of standard curve was ≥0.995.The pretreatment time was short and the diges⁃tion effect was good.The results showed that the average contents of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ in S.paramamosain were 471 and 2508 mg/kg in hard shell stage,385 and 1565 mg/kg in molting stage respectively.there had no significant differences in Mg^2+,and had significant dif⁃ference in Ca^2+ concentration before and after molting stage.In order to make the Scylla molt and harden smoothly during the growth of the crab,it was suggested that Ca^2+,Mg^2+ should be supplemented reasonably in the culture pond.
