摘要
利用1980-2016年中国省级时间序列数据构建了VAR模型,并利用脉冲响应、方差分解和协整检验等方法对我国对外直接投资与产业结构升级之间的互动关系进行了检验.结果表明:我国OFDI与产业结构升级之间存在长期的均衡关系,并且在短期内呈现出相互促进的发展态势.因此,要进一步鼓励和引导我国企业在"一带一路"沿线国家或地区进行对外直接投资,以投资率提升、市场份额扩大、技术创新推动来反向"倒逼"国内企业优化要素结构、产品结构和制度结构,进而促进我国产业结构升级.
This paper builds a VAR model based on China’s provincial time series data from 1980 to 2016, and empirically tests the short-term interaction between China’s foreign direct investment and the upgrading of the industrial structure by using the impulse test, variance decomposition and cointegration test. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between OFDI and the upgrading of the industrial structure in China, which shows a mutually reinforcing development trend in the short term. Therefore, it is necessary to further encourage and guide Chinese enterprises to make foreign direct investment in countries or regions along the "Belt and Road" so as to "force" domestic enterprises to optimize the factor structure, the product structure and system structure by increasing the investment rate, expanding the market share, and promoting technological innovation, and finally promote the upgrading of China’s industrial structure.
