摘要 采用水热法制备了形貌一致、尺度均一的微米级BaGeF6∶Mn^4+红色荧光粉,研究了反应时间、温度、表面活性剂用量对产物微观形貌的影响,利用XRD、SEM、EDS、XRF、激发和发射光谱、寿命、量子效率等对产物物性和光学性质进行了研究.封装红粉于白光LED器件,其表现出高显色指数(Ra=92.1)、高流明效率(LE=146.4 lm/W)和低色温(Tc=3888 K)的特点,表明所制BaGeF6∶Mn^4+红粉在暖光LED照明上有着的广阔应用前景. A series of monodisperse BaGeF6∶Mn^4+ powders were prepared via a hydrothermal strategy. The results showed that the reaction time, temperature and surfactant amount played important roles in the microstructure of the products. The products were investigated through powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray fluorescence(XRF), photoluminescence(PL), photoluminescence excitation(PLE), lifetime, and quantum efficiency(QE). After merging the BaGeF6∶Mn4+ phosphor powders into white LED device, high color rendering index(Ra = 92.1), high luminescence efficiency(LE = 146.4 lm/W) and low color temperature(Tc = 3 888 K) were obtained, indicating the potential application of the as-prepared monodisperse BaGeF6∶Mn^4+ red phosphor in WLED devices.
