摘要
通过气相色谱法测定杂交榛果实中脂肪酸含量随果实生长发育的变化特性。结果表明,饱和脂肪酸含量先增加后减少;不饱和脂肪酸含量不断增加,种仁成熟时达到最高。油酸与亚油酸、花生酸、二十碳烯酸显著正相关,相关系数均大于0.8;棕榈酸与油酸、亚油酸极显著正相关,相关系数均为0.9;硬脂酸与花生酸、二十碳烯酸极显著相关,相关系数均为-0.9.杂交榛84-545和81-19的出油率分别为55.37%和54.19%,其中,不饱和脂肪酸含量占总脂肪酸含量的比例分别为94.10%,54.19%.
The change of features of fatty acid metabolism content in the growth of nut in hybrid hazel was determined by gas chromatography method.Results showed that the content of saturated fatty acids first increased and then decreased,while the content of unsaturated fatty acid gradually increased and reached the highest when fruit was mature.Oleic acid had significant positive correlations with linoleic acid,arachidonic acid and eicosenoic acid,which correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.8.Palmitic acid had significant positive correlations with oleic acid and linoleic acid,which correlation coefficients were 0.9.Stearic acid had significant correlations with arachidonic acid and eicosenoic acid,which correlation coefficients were-0.9.The oil yield of hybrid hazel 84-545 and 81-19 were 55.37%and 54.19%,in which the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids in total fatty acids were 94.10%and 54.19%respectively.
