红细胞分布宽度在猫心脏疾病诊断中的意义

摘要 通过综合分析2017年1月1日—2019年12月31日收治的15例心脏疾病患猫的临床资料,包括基本情况、实验室检测结果、疾病预后情况,研究红细胞分布宽度(Red cell distribution width,RDW)与患猫心衰程度的相关性,以初探RDW在心衰患猫诊断中的意义。结果表明,RDW检测值能够反映心衰病变程度,是预测心衰患猫疾病的重要因子之一,在临床上具有一定的指导意义。
