摘要
分析硫氰酸铵滴定液(0.1 mol/L)不确定度,计算各分量不确定度及合成不确定度。将配制好的硫氰酸铵滴定液用已知浓度的硝酸银滴定液进行标定,分析影响测量结果的各种因素,计算得出扩展不确定度为0.0005 mol/L,A类标准不确定度和B类合成标准不确定度分别为0.08%和0.24%。影响B类合成不确定度的主要因素是硝酸银滴定液的浓度不确定度大小。
The uncertainty of ammonium thiocyanate titration solution(0.1 mol/L)was analyzed,and the uncertainty of each component and the combined uncertainty were calculated.The prepared ammonia thiocyanate titrant was calibrated with silver nitrate titrant of known concentration.The factors that affected the measurement results were analyzed.The extended uncertainty was calculated to be 0.0005 mol/L,class A standard uncertainty and class B composite standard uncertainty were 0.08%and 0.24%,respectively.The main factor affecting the uncertainty of B synthesis was the uncertainty of the concentration of silver nitrate titrant.
