摘要
利用不同前处理方法:即干灰化法和湿消化法,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定黄芪、山药、黄精、银杏叶、五味子中所含的有益和有害微量元素的含量,测得上述中药中含有较为丰富的有益微量元素,而铅与镉等有害微量元素的含量较少。但在不同的中药中有一定的差异,且不同的前处理方法对中药中微量元素的影响较大,尤以干灰化法处理的药材中微量元素的溶出率较高。
The different pretreatment methods were used,such as the dry ashing and wet digestion.Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of beneficial and harmful trace elements in Astragalus,Chinese yam,Huang Jing,Ginkgo Biloba and Schisandra.The results showed that there were abundant beneficial trace elements in the above Chinese herbal medicines,while the contents of harmful trace elements such as lead and cadmium were less.However,there were some differences in different traditional Chinese medicine,and different pretreatment methods had a great impact on the trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine,especially the dissolution rate of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine treated by dry ashing method was higher.
