摘要
选用脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)进行复配,研究了不同配方比例样品的乳化力、润湿性、泡沫性和去污力,筛选出洗涤性能、稳定性良好的复配比例.进一步研究了硬水软化剂EDTA、抗污垢再沉积剂聚乙二醇对表面活性剂复配溶液性能的影响.根据各项性能测试结果,总性物含量50%的表面活性剂选用质量分数为25%的MES与16.7%的FMEE及8.3%AEO-9复配,添加2%EDTA二钠和1%聚乙二醇可获得较优的结果.
In order to improve the emulsibility,wettability,frothiness and detergency of the material,the formulation was investigated by differentiating the ratio of added anionic surfactant fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate(MES),nonionic surfactant fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(FMEE)and traditional nonionic surfactant fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9).The optimized ratio was determined by testing the performance of washing and its stability.Furthermore,EDTA and PEG were utilized as modifiers to soften the hard water as well as to retard the redeposition of soils,respectively.It was found that the optimum ratio of a solution with 50%of active component was 25%of MES,16.7%of FMEE and 8.3%of AEO-9,with addition of 2%EDTA as well as 1%of PEG.
