摘要
随着我国高铁事业的飞速发展,铁路信息化要求的不断提高,对铁路现场人员的安全管控提出了更高的要求.结合高铁现场的实际生产过程,利用智能化终端集成多种硬件技术于一体,实现了“三位一体”安全保障体系中人防和技防的有机结合,有效解决安全生产难题,建设集监测、监控和管理于一体的安全监管信息系统,通过即时采集、系统分析、科学评估、智能预警,实现对安全生产动态信息的实时监测监控,可以有效约束规范现场作业行为,促进养成现场规范作业行为习惯,杜绝现场违章违纪事件发生.
With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway industry,the requirements of railway informatization have been constantly improved,and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety control of personnel on the railway site.Combining the actual production process of high speed rail site,the use of intelligent terminal integration of a variety of hardware technology,realized the"trinity"in the security system of civil air defense and dimension is the organic combination,effectively solve the safety problem,the construction of integrating monitoring,control and management of safety supervision information system.Through real-time collection,system analysis,scientific evaluation and intelligent early warning,the real-time monitoring and monitoring of dynamic information of safety production can be realized,which can effectively restrict and standardize the on-site operation behavior,promote the formation of site standardized operation behavior habits,and put an end to the occurrence of on-site violations.
