摘要
在研究国内外设施管理成熟度评价体系与我国养老设施规范等政策的基础上,构建养老机构设施管理成熟度模型,结合模糊综合评价法、层次分析法综合计算养老机构设施管理成熟度等级,以此建立养老机构设施管理成熟度评价体系。以某养老机构为例,对模型及其评价方法的科学性及有效性进行验证。
Based on the evaluation documents of facility management maturity at home and abroad and the policies of pension facility specification in China,this paper constructs the maturity model of facilities management for the aged institutions,and calculates the maturity level of facilities management for the aged institutions comprehensively by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the AHP method,so as to establish the maturity evaluation system of facilities management for the aged institutions.Taking an old-age institution as an example,verifies the validity and scientificity of the model and its evaluation method.
