地铁盾构隧道下穿运营铁路的设计思考与对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 依托南宁市轨道交通3号线某区间隧道下穿柳南、南广铁路工程,首次提出了弹性基础梁+D型便梁的轨道加固方案,同时通过数值模拟计算以及监测数据分析验证了该方案的有效性。研究结果表明:如不采取有效加固措施,盾构掘进过程中钢轨差异沉降较大,盾构施工将面临较大风险;弹性基础梁+D型便梁的方案不仅能大大节省盾构下穿铁路轨道的掘进工期,在轨道沉降及差异沉降的控制上也效果明显;该加固方案能避免大型设备进场,对现有基础影响较小,同时还能实现分段施工,充分利用天窗时间。 Relying on the project of Nanning Rail Transit Line 3 passing through Liunan and Nanguang Railway,the track reinforcement scheme of elastic foundation beam+D-type beam is proposed for the first time.The effectiveness of the scheme is verified through numerical simulation calculations and monitoring data analysis.The research results show that if no effective reinforcement measures are taken,the differential settlement of the rails during the shield tunneling process will be large,and the shield construction will face greater risks.The solution of the elastic foundation beam+D-type beam will not only greatly save the construction period of the shield tunnel through the railway track,but also perform very well in the control of track settlement and differential settlement.The reinforcement scheme can avoid the entry of large equipment and has a small impact on the existing foundation.At the same time,it can also realize segmented construction and make full use of skylights.
