摘要
自动液压抓梁是门式起重机的一种配套设备,而自动穿销装置是液压抓梁的重要组成部件。在水电站的生产工作中,通常利用门式起重机操作其液压抓梁来实现水工金属闸门的提落操作,但是传统抓梁在实际生产过程中还存在一些安全隐患:例如液压抓梁故障率高,抓梁水下出现故障后无备用驱动方式等。文中设计了一种液压配合链轮式穿销系统,可降低传统穿销装置液压方式故障率,在液压系统的基础上增加电动机械式抓梁系统,形成双系统自动抓梁,解决抓梁水下故障又无法退销的极端问题。
Automatic hydraulic grab beam is the supporting equipment of gantry crane,and automatic pin threading device is an important component of hydraulic grab beam.In the production of hydropower stations,the lifting and lowering of hydraulic metal gates are usually realized by operating the hydraulic beam grabbing of gantry cranes.However,in the actual production,there are still some potential safety hazards in the traditional grab beam:for example,the failure rate of hydraulic beam grabbing is high,and there is no backup drive mode after grab beam fails underwater.This paper designs a hydraulically matched sprocket pin threading system to decrease the failure rate of the traditional pin threading device.An electromechanical beam grabbing system is added to the hydraulic system to form a double-system automatic beam grabbing system,which solves the problem that the pin cannot be withdrawn after the underwater failure of the beam grabbing system.
