摘要
基于测量不确定度0.07%(k=2)的两套HPPP法标准装置,在2~8MPa压力范围内,就压力对涡轮流量计计量性能的影响开展实验研究,测试结果表明,相同流量下,不同压力,涡轮流量计的误差变化可超过0.18%。基于该测试结果,提出适用于高雷诺数的涡轮流量计误差曲线拟合公式,并对公式的适用性予以了验证。
Based on two sets of HPPP standard facilities with the uncertainty of 0.07%(k=2),an experimental study on the influence of pressure on the metering performance of the turbine flowmeter was carried out in the pressure range of 2~8 MPa.The test results showed that the change of error for the turbine flowmeter could exceed 0.18% at the different pressure with the same flowrate.Based on the test results,the curve fitting formula suitable for the turbine flowmeters with high Reynolds number was proposed and verified.
