摘要
介绍一个研究型综合实验——石墨烯包覆聚苯乙烯(PS)微球的制备及其吸附亚甲基蓝染料的研究。实验包括药品的提纯、苯乙烯的聚合、自由基引发、静电自组装及染料吸附五部分。实验过程中引入纳米材料研究基本表征手段和吸附动力学研究,拓展学生知识面。通过对探索性实验条件的合理设计,激发学生创新精神、训练学生解决问题的能力;本实验中涉及对酰氧自由基的巧妙运用,学生可以在实验过程中加深对相关有机化学知识的理解和掌握。
The paper recommends a research comprehensive experiment--Synthesis of graphene coated PS microspheres and their dye-material absorption performance.The experiment consists of five sections:chemical purification,styrene polymerization,electrostatic self-assembly and dye absorption.The experiment involves basic nanomaterial characterizing techniques and absorption kinetics study,which extends students’knowledge.The exploratory session can motivate students’creativity and problem-solving abilities.The novel application of acyl radical in this experiment also helps the students to build profound understanding of relative knowledge in organic chemistry.
