摘要
目的探讨薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月~2019年8月我院收治的68例MHD患者作为研究对象,按照随机化分组方式分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=34)。观察组采用薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理干预,对照组采用传统体针治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和睡眠情况及生活质量(生理功能、情志活动、社会功能、精神状态)。结果观察组临床总有效率(94.1%)高于对照组(62.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗中,薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理对MHD患者的治疗效果良好,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing on patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A Total of 68 MHD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34)by random allocation.Patients in the observation group were received with Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing intervention,and in the control group was treated with traditional body acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,and quality of life(physical function,emotional activity,social function,and mental state)were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.1%,higher than that of the control group,accounting for 62.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment,Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing has a good therapeutic effect on patients with MHD and can improve their quality of life.
