摘要
国内外权威研究以及大量的事故数据统计可以表明,在安全生产事故当中超过90%的事故都和不安全行为有很大的关系。人的不安全行为属于事故出现的一个关键因素,在其余的10%当中,又存在90%与未直接参与事故的人员行为有关。研究以及掌握员工安全行为的具体规律,激发安全行为,抑制以及预防不安全行为,可以有效控制具体的风险,遏制事故的发生,从而使得企业的安全水平得到提高。
The authoritative research at home and abroad and a large number of accident data statistics can show that more than 90%of the accidents in production safety are related to unsafe behaviors.Human unsafe behavior is a key factor in the occurrence of accidents.Among the remaining 10%,90%of which are related to the behaviors of people who are not directly involved in the accidents.Studying and mastering the specific laws of employees'safety behaviors,stimulating safety behaviors,restraining and preventing unsafe behaviors can effectively control specific risks and curb accidents,and thus to improve the safety level of enterprises.
