摘要
目的探讨分析对前列腺癌化疗患者开展医护合作延续护理干预的护理效果。方法抽取2017年1月至2019年4月期间行化疗治疗的前列腺癌患者80例进行研究,根据护理方案分两组,接受常规护理及出院指导者为对照组(40例),接受医护合作延续护理方案干预者为研究组(40例),2个化疗周期后,评估两组患者治疗依从性、自我护理能力以及生活质量。结果研究组治疗依从性显著高于对照组(95.0%比77.5%),且护理干预后研究组患者ESCA各维度评分与SF-36各维度评分均较护理前显著升高且明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对化疗前列腺癌患者应用医护合作延续护理方案进行干预,可有效提高患者治疗依从性以及化疗后自我护理能力,为化疗后患者提供有效的护理支持,促进生活质量改善。
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of medical and nursing cooperation extended nursing intervention for patients with prostate cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with prostate cancer who were treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected and were divided into 2 groups according to the nursing plan.The patients receiving conventional care and discharge guidance were set as the control group(40 patients),and the patients receiving medical and nursing cooperation extended nursing program as the study group(40 patients).After 2 cycles of chemotherapy,the two groups were evaluated for treatment compliance,self-care ability,and quality of life.Results The treatment compliance of the study group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%),and the ESCA score and SF-36 score of the study group after the nursing intervention were significantly higher than those before the nursing intervention and were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention on patients with prostate cancer undergoing chemotherapy using medical and nursing cooperation extended nursing program can effectively improve the patients'treatment compliance and self-care ability after chemotherapy,provide effective nursing support for patients after chemotherapy,and improve quality of life.
