摘要
目的:研究阴道用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶在促进子宫全切术后阴道残端愈合的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年8月就诊于郑州大学第二附属医院妇科并行全子宫切除术的患者102例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各51例。研究组于手术当天至术后第7天均匀涂抹重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶于阴道残端;对照组不予特殊处理,比较两组疗效及实验室指标。结果:研究组术后30d阴道残端愈合率优于对照组,且研究组菌群失调及息肉形成率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶促进了子宫全切术后阴道残端伤口的愈合,减轻阴道残端炎性反应,减少息肉形成,提高患者生活质量,减轻病人精神心理及经济的负担,起到预防和治疗的作用,达到整体快速康复的目的。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for vagina in promoting vaginal stump healing after hysterectomy.Methods:From December 2018 to August 2019,102 cases of gynecologic concurrent hysterectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,51 cases in each group.The study group evenly smeared recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on the vaginal stump from the day of operation to the 7th day after operation.The control group received no special treatment,and the curative effect observation indexes and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The healing rate of vaginal stump in the study group was better than that in the control group 30 days after operation,and the microbial imbalance and polyp formation rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for vagina promotes the healing of vaginal stump wound after hysterectomy,reduces inflammatory reaction of vaginal stump,reduces polyp formation,improves the quality of life of patients,lightens the psychological and economic burden of patients,plays the role of prevention and treatment,and achieves the purpose of overall rapid recovery.
