摘要
目的分析血清中可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)与多发性子宫肌瘤发病的相关性。方法纳入40例多发性子宫肌瘤手术患者作为试验组,20例单发子宫肌瘤手术患者作为对照组,20例同期健康体检女性作为空白组。用酶联免疫吸附法检测3组患者血清中sFlt-1表达水平,并用方差分析或t检验分析其与子宫肌瘤发病的相关性,最后用受试者工作特征曲线评价血清sFlt-1在多发性子宫肌瘤中的诊断效能。结果试验组、对照组和空白组的血清sFlt-1水平分别为(1536.43±185.16),(1307.25±143.71)和(1229.35±118.82)ng·L^-1,试验组的血清sFlt-1水平与对照组和空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多发性子宫肌瘤患者血清sFlt-1表达水平与肌瘤数量密切相关(P<0.05)。最佳截断点为sFlt-1等于1235.33 ng·L^-1时,诊断敏感性为91.43%,特异性为81.37%。结论多发性子宫肌瘤患者血清sFlt-1的表达水平上调,且与肌瘤数量密切相关。
Objective To analyze the correlation between soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFlt-1)in serum and the pathogenesis of multiple uterine fibroids.Methods Forty patients with multiple uterine fibroid surgery were enrolled as the treatment group,20 patients with single uterine fibroid surgery as control group and 20 healthy women in the same period as blank group.The expression levels of sFlt-1 in serum of three groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the correlation between sFlt-1 and uterine leiomyoma was analyzed by variance analysis or t-test.Finally,the diagnostic efficacy of sFlt-1 in multiple uterine leiomyoma was evaluated by the working characteristic curve of subjects.Results The expression levels of sFlt-1 in the treatment group,control group and blank group were(1536.43±185.16),(1307.25±143.71)and(1229.35±118.82)ng·L^-1,and compared with the control group and the blank group,the serum sFlt-1 in the treatment group was significantly different(all P<0.05).The serum sFlt-1 expression level in patients with multiple uterine fibroids was closely related to the number of fibroids(P<0.05).When the optimal cut-off point of sFlt-1 was 1235.33 ng·L^-1,the diagnostic sensitivity was 91.43%and the specificity was 81.37%.Conclusion The serum sF lt-1 expression level of patients with multiple uterine fibroids is up-regulated,whichis closely related to the number of fibroids.
