水蒸气蒸馏-纳氏试剂分光光度法测定钛合金中氮含量 被引量:1

摘要 研究了通过硫酸溶液消解钛合金样品后,加碱液碱化溶液,再利用水蒸气蒸馏收集氨氮。已知纳氏试剂在碱性条件下可显色,于紫外-可见分光光度计420 nm波长处即可测定氮含量。标准样品测试结果值与证书值吻合,加标测试的回收率在97.1%~101.9%。精密度数据S=0.016 mg/L,RSD=0.82%,准确度及精密度符合均可测试要求。 Titanium alloy sample is digested by sulfuric acid solution,adding alkali solution to make it alkalinized,and then collect ammonia nitrogen by steam distillation.The color was developed with Nessler reagent under alkaline conditions,and the nitrogen content was measured at a wavelength of 420 nm in an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The test result of standard sample agrees well with the certificate value,and the recovery rate of the standard addition test is 97.1%~101.9%.Precision data S=0.016 mg/L,RSD=0.82%,accuracy and precision meet the analysis and testing requirements.
