摘要
当前,我国大力实施“大众创业万众创新”驱动发展战略,为经济社会发展提供新引擎。高校作为人才培养的基地,必须要对接国家战略需求,做好创新创业人才培养工作。在“双创”时代,高校人才培养要坚持育人为本,提高培养质量,坚持以问题为导向,以改革为动力,深化创新创业人才培养模式改革。具体包括:更新教育理念,优化教学顶层设计,建设高素质的师资队伍,搭建多元化的实践教学平台,搭建跨校实践教学服务平台。
To meet the requirements of current strategy of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”,universities should provide more innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented talent for social and economic development.In this innovation and entrepreneurship age,a university should focus on education to improve the educational quality and deepen the problem-oriented reform of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation by means of upgrading educational thoughts,optimizing the top-level design,building a high quality teaching team,establishing diversified and cross-school practical teaching platforms.
