目标管理式临床带教在传染科护理实习生中的应用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察目标管理式临床带教在传染科护理实习生中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2019年3月于该院传染病科的实习护生84名,按照简单随机化的分组方法进行分组,各42名。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用目标管理式临床带教方法。比较两组实习护生带教实习前后实习护生焦虑情况(SAS评分)、理论知识考核评分、护理操作标准考核评分、实际操作考核评分。结果带教实习后,观察组实习护生SAS评分为(13.69±3.57)分,与对照组实习护生(18.56±3.67)分对比,观察组SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教实习后,观察组实习理论知识考核评分、护理操作标准考核评分、实际操作考核评分对比,观察组各项考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理式临床带教可降低传染科实习护生紧张焦虑情况,提高其学习效率,改善其护理知识掌握程度、护理操作熟练水平,有助于培养专业性强、护理素质高的传染科护理人员。 Objective To observe the application effect of goal-managed clinical teaching in nursing interns in infectious diseases.Methods A total of 84 internship nursing students in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the hospital from January 2015 to March 2019 were selected and grouped according to a simple randomized grouping method,with 42 cases each.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the goal-managed clinical teaching method.The anxiety status(SAS score),theoretical knowledge assessment score,nursing operation standard assessment score,and actual operation assessment score of the internship nurse students before and after the internship were compared between the two groups.Results After the teaching practice,the SAS score of the internship nursing students in the observation group was(13.69±3.57)points,compared with the(18.56±3.67)points internship nursing students in the control group.The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After teaching practice,the observation group's theoretical knowledge assessment score,nursing operation standard assessment score,and actual operation assessment score were compared.The observation group's assessment scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target-managed clinical teaching can reduce the tension and anxiety of internship nursing students,improve their learning efficiency,improve their knowledge of nursing knowledge and proficiency in nursing operations,and help cultivate infectious department nursing personnel with high professionalism and high nursing quality.
