摘要
目的分析CSSD核心制度在消毒供应中心外来器械护理环节管理中的应用价值。方法选择该院2018年1—12月消毒供应中心200套外来器械为研究对象,随机分为观察组100套和对照组100套。对照组100套外器械给予常规护理管理,观察组100套外来器械各护理环节管理中通过各项核心制度的实施予以规范化管理,评价两组外来器械的清洗质量合格率、配套包装合格率、标识粘贴正确率、回收返洗率、生物监测合格率及研究对象引发的医院感染发生率。结果在外来器械的清洗质量合格率、配套包装合格率、标识粘贴正确率、器械清洗返工率、生物监测合格率及所研究的两组器械引起的医院感染发生率上,观察组依次为98%、99%、98%、2%、99%、0%,对照组依次为75%、80%、81%、28%、96%、1%。结论CSSD在外来器械管理中,通过完善的CSSD核心制度规范化各环节管理,进而提高器械清洗质量合格率、配套包装合格率、标识粘贴正确率、生物监测合格率,有效预防医院感染的发生率,同时降低器械清洗质量返工率节省了清洗成本和人力资源。
Objective To analyze the application value of the core system of CSSD in the management of foreign devices in the disinfection supply center.Methods From Januany to December 2018200 sets of foreign instruments in the hospital's disinfection and supply center were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group 100 and control group 100.In the control group,100 sets of external devices were given routine care management.In the observation group,100 sets of foreign devices were managed in a standardized manner through the implementation of various core systems.The two groups of foreign devices were evaluated for the quality of cleaning equipment,the qualified rate of qualified packaging,the matching packaging qualification rate,and labeling correct rate of paste,the rate of recycling and washing back,the qualified rate of biological monitoring,and the incidence of nosocomial infections caused by the research subjects.Results The pass rate of cleaning quality of foreign devices,the pass rate of matching packages,the correct rate of labeling,the rate of rework of device cleaning,the pass rate of biological monitoring,and the incidence of nosocomial infections caused by the two groups of devices studied.The observation group was 98%,99%,98%,2%,99%,0%,the control group was 75%,80%,81%,28%,96%,1%in turn.Conclusion In the management of foreign devices,CSSD standardizes the management of each link through the perfect CSSD core system,thereby improving the qualified rate of cleaning of equipment,the qualified rate of supporting packaging,the correct rate of labeling,and the qualified rate of biological monitoring,effectively preventing the incidence of nosocomial infections.At the same time,reducing the rework rate of equipment cleaning quality saves cleaning costs and human resources.
