摘要
目的观察护理风险管理对呼吸内科护理质量与不良事件的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月期间于该院收治的呼吸内科患者280例作为研究对象,按照入院时间将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组140例患者。对照组140例应用常规护理管理,观察组140例应用护理风险管理,对比两组患者的护理纠纷率、护理投诉率、风险事件发生率、护理满意度、护理质量(病历资料撰写、治疗护理操作、病房管理、服务态度)评分。结果观察组140例患者的护理纠纷率、护理投诉率、风险事件发生率小于对照组,护理满意度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组140例患者的护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科应用护理风险管理,可有效提升护理质量,减少护理不良事件。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing risk management on the quality of nursing and adverse events in respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 280 respiratory medical patients admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the admission time,with 140 patients in each group.140 cases in the control group applied routine nursing management,and 140 cases in the observation group applied nursing risk management.The nursing dispute rate,nursing complaint rate,risk event incidence,nursing satisfaction,and nursing quality(medical record writing,treatment and nursing operation ward management,service attitude)score were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing dispute rate,nursing complaint rate,and risk event rate of the 140 patients in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of care scores of the 140 patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in respiratory medicine can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the adverse events of nursing.
