摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟研究了改变中间肋宽和空腔边角参数对空心砌块结构强度的影响,并通过试验进行验证。结果表明:中间肋宽从20mm增加到40mm时,砌块的极限强度增加33%;空腔边角半径从0增加到15mm时,砌块抗压极限强度可以增幅41.67%,抗拉极限强度可以增幅58.33%。
ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate and study the influence of changing middle rib width and cavity edge angle on the structural strength of hollow block.The simulation results were compared and analyzed by experiments.The results show that when the width of the middle rib increases from 20 mm to 40 mm,the ultimate strength of the block increases by 33%;when the radius of the cavity edge angle increases from 0 to 15 mm,the compressive ultimate strength of the block can increase by 41.67%and the tensile ultimate strength can increase by 58.33%.
