摘要
近年来,三维超声心动图(3DE)和四维超声心动图成为临床的新兴技术,对临床疾病诊断和治疗具有重要影响,3DE应用于不同心脏疾病的诊断和治疗,并可利用三维超声参数预测患者长期预后,同时多种应用软件的开发(包括全自动算法)为评估心脏瓣膜病和心脏功能起到积极的作用。随着3DE技术的进一步发展,三维超声成像的应用将日趋广泛,并可能成为诊断和治疗各种心脏疾病的首选辅助检查方法。
In recent years,three-dimensional echocardiography(3DE)and four-dimensional echocardiography have become new clinical technologies,which has a significant impact on the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.3DE is applied to the diagnosis and treatment of different heart diseases,and can use three-dimensional ultrasound parameters to predict the long-term prognosis of the patients.At the same time,the development of a variety of application softwares(including full-automatic algorithm)plays a positive role in evaluating the heart valve disease and heart function.With the further develo-pment of 3DE technology,the application of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging will be more and more extensive,and it may become the first choice of auxiliary examination method for the diagnosis and treatment of various heart diseases.
