脂肪干细胞在面部年轻化中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)是从脂肪组织中获取的多功能干细胞,因其具有组织来源广泛、取材容易及多项分化潜能等优点,目前正逐渐成为再生医学领域的种子细胞。ADSCs在对抗皮肤衰老方面具有重要作用,如促进衰老皮肤中新生血管生成、防止紫外线引起的光老化、抑制黑色素形成等。目前,虽然已有单纯应用ADSCs注射、ADSCs辅助脂肪或透明质酸移植用于面部年轻化的报道,但仍有必要在基础医学和临床环境中进一步研究ADSCs,以确保其以安全有效的方式进行治疗。未来,ADSCs的具体作用机制、远期治疗效果和具体提取方法将成为研究热点。 Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)are multipotent stem cells obtained from adipose tissue,which are becoming seed cells in the field of regenerative medicine because of their wide range of tissue sources,easy access of materials and multipotential differentiation.ADSCs play an important role in combating skin aging,such as promoting neovascularization in aging skin,preventing photoaging caused by ultraviolet rays and inhibiting melanin formation,etc.At present,although ADSCs injection alone,ADSCs assisted fat or hyaluronic acid transplantation for facial rejuvenation have been reported,it is still necessary to further study ADSCs in basic medicine and clinical application to ensure that it can be applied for treatment in a safe and effective way.In the future,the specific mechanism,long-term therapeutic effect and specific extraction method of ADSCs will become research hotspots.
