摘要
省级重点实验室作为科技创新基地重要组成部分,是科研实力的重要体现。在系统分析各方实际工作需求,基于B/S架构和数据库范式理论要求,采用JSP技术研究设计实验室年度报告管理系统。实验室管理员通过系统填报数据,经第三方专业机构分析汇总数据后,主管部门可在线查看相关结果,解决了传统年度报告中数据二次处理的弊端,为科技管理者和实验室人员节约了人力、物力和财力,提高了工作效率,也为主管部门的管理和决策提供便利,更好地服务科研人员。
As an important part of science and technology innovation base,provincial key laboratory is an important embodiment of scientific research strength.Based on B/S architecture and database paradigm,JSP technology is used to design the annual report management system of the laboratory.The laboratory administrator fills in the data through the system,and after the analysis and summary of the data by the third-party professional organization,the competent department can view the relevant results online,which solves the disadvantages of the data secondary processing in the traditional annual report,saves the human,material and financial resources for the scientific and technological managers and laboratory personnel,improves the working efficiency,and also provides convenience for the management and decision-making of the competent department to serve scientific researchers.
