摘要
要积极发展和实现农业农村的现代化,促进农业科技创新,需要长时间的不懈努力,由传统农业向现代农业转型的任务非常艰巨。我国政府高度重视农业的发展,每年的中央一号文件都对农业发展提出了新的指引和鼓励。与此同时,现代农业的特点逐渐清晰,农业科学技术已经有了较多突破,但目前我国农业发展仍受现实条件约束。本文在对比国际农业技术水平的基础上,总结我国发展现代农业的基础条件,描述我国现代化农业的发展现状,提出了一系列促进现代农业发展的建议。
We must actively develop and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Promote agricultural technological innovation.It takes us long and unremitting efforts.This article first explains the meaning and characteristics of modern agriculture and indicates the current stage and technical level of agricultural development in China.Taking the United States and Japan as examples,the status quo of international modern agriculture and advanced agricultural technology are compared.Then it shows the technical conditions for the development of modern agriculture in China.Finally,the policy measures required for the development of modern agriculture are explained.
