粮食是人类的生存之本,事关国运民生,是国家长治久安的重要物质基础,是经济社会可持续发展的重要基石。"国以民为本,民以食为天",说的就是粮食的重要性,粮食质量的好坏直接关乎人们的生命安全和身体健康,联系着国家的前途和命运。各粮食企业要切实担起粮食质量安全主体责任,粮食监管部门要切实履行好粮食质量监管职责,多方形成合力,确保粮食常储常新,优质优存,守住管好"天下粮仓"。
Food is the survival of the human beings,related to the people’s livelihood,is an important material basis of the country’s long-term stability,is an important cornerstone of sustainable economic and social development.As a Chinese saying goes,"a country puts its people first,and food is the priority of its people",which means the importance of food.The quality of food is directly related to the safety and health of its people and the future and destiny of a country.All grain enterprises should earnestly shoulder the primary responsibility for grain quality and safety,and grain supervision departments should earnestly perform their duties of grain quality supervision and control,and form joint efforts in various ways to ensure that grain is always stored and renewed,and that grain is of high quality and quality,and that grain warehouses of the world are maintained and managed well.
