摘要
优化医院急诊抢救流程和管理模式,提升急危重症救治能力,是当前急诊急救能力建设的重要方向.以胸痛中心建设为例,通过完善急诊建设体系,以规范的制度流程为保障,以前沿的信息化建设为支撑,以整合后的区域急救网络为目标,对接院前急救系统,对急危重症进行快速分诊分流,优化绿色救治通道,提升了急危重症医疗救治质量和效率.
To optimize hospital emergency rescue procedures and management mode to improve emergency and critical care capacity is the important direction for emergency department construction.As the representative of the treatment center,Chest Pain Center has a well-established emergency system.With the standardized institutional process as the guarantee,the frontier information construction as the support and the integrated regional emergency network as the target,by connecting with the pre-hospital emergency system,Chest Pain Center is able to give rapid triage for critically ill patients and optimize green medical access,which improves the quality and efficiency of critically ill medical treatment.
