摘要
目的 系统阐述医院在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的管控措施和经验,为进一步夯实医院重大传染疾病管控能力提供理论和实践依据.方法 紧密结合新型冠状病毒肺炎相关管理制度和规范,分别就组织架构、人力调配、物资调配、前线保障和后方防疫监督、发热门诊建设等方面对医院防疫工作进行归纳总结.结果 顺利完成医院防疫任务,为医院抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎工作提供有力保障,进一步积累医院对重大传染性疾病的管理经验.结论 健全的组织架构、战备队伍的日常培养、防疫经验的积累总结、前线后方的有机协调以及应急举措的高效迅速等,能够有力保证防疫工作顺利开展,也为今后医院感染性疾病暴发流行的应急策略提供坚实的基础.
Objective This paper systematically expounded the hospital’s overall control measures and experience in the COVID-19 epidemic period,which provided theoretical and practical evidence for further consolidating the hospital’s major infectious disease management and control capabilities.Methods Closely combining the COVID-19 related management system and norms,the hospital’s epidemic prevention work was summarized in some aspects:organization structure,manpower allocation,material allocation,front-line support and rear epidemic prevention supervision,fever clinic construction.Results The hospital epidemic prevention mission was successfully completed,which provided strong support for the hospital to fight against COVID-19,and further accumulated the management experience on major infectious diseases.Conclusion Sound organizational structure,the daily training of the combat readiness team,the accumulation and summary of the epidemic prevention experience,the organic coordination of the front and rear,and the efficient and rapid emergency measures can effectively ensure the smooth development of the epidemic prevention work,and provide a solid foundation for emergency strategies for the future outbreak of infectious diseases.
