摘要
斜撑式超越离合器的楔合性主要体现在其承载能力和滑溜角,而这2项参数难以通过计算确定。根据离合器的设计需求,研制了测试离合器单项静态性能的试验机,能够进行离合器承载能力和滑溜角的测量。测试结果表明,此试验机能圆满完成超越离合器的静态测试,能有效地排查产品故障,从而缩短超越离合器的设计周期。
The wedge fit of sprag type overrunning clutch is mainly reflected in its load capacity and sliding angle,but these two parameters are difficult to be determined by calculation.According to design requirements of clutch,a tester is developed to test single static performance of clutch,which measures load capacity and sliding angle of clutch.The test results show that the static test of overrunning clutch is completed successfully by the tester,and the fault of products is checked effectively,so as to shorten design cycle of overrunning clutch.
