摘要
带折返式鼠笼弹性支承轴承外圈具有折返槽壁薄、槽深的结构特点,针对该产品在加工过程中变形大,成品加工精度难以得到保证等问题,通过选择合适的工艺路线、刀具、装夹方式、走刀路径及加工参数,提出了该轴承外圈折返槽的加工方案。经试加工证明,折返槽精度和表面质量均达到工艺要求,该加工方案合理可行。
The returnable groove of returnable squirrel-cage elastically-supported bearing outer rings features thin wall and deep groove.Aimed at large deformation of products during processing process and low processing precision of finished products,the processing method for returnable groove of bearing outer rings is proposed by choosing appropriate process route,tool,clamping method,tool path and processing parameters.The trial processing proves that the precision and surface quality of returnable groove meet processing requirements.The processing scheme is reasonable and feasible.
