液压举升装置侧钻作业安全稳定性分析 被引量:3

摘要 液压举升装置安装在简易移动底座可进行侧钻作业。以渤海油田海况条件为基础,分析了正常最大作业工况及极端作业工况下设备的安全稳定性。结果表明,采用简易移动底座方式承载液压举升装置时最小安全系数大于1.67,满足设备安全稳定性要求。为减少多井同时作业的安装时间,结合海上平台井槽布置特点,推荐海上平台采用简易移动底座对液压举升装置进行横纵滑移以实现侧钻作业。 The hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the simple mobile base for sidetracking operation.Based on the sea condition of Bohai oil field,the safe stability of the equipment under normal maximum operating condition and extreme operating condition is analyzed.The results show that the minimum safety factor of the hydraulic lifting device with simple mobile base is greater than 1.67,which meets the requirements of safe stability of the device.In order to reduce the installation time of multi-well simultaneous opera⁃tion,combined with the characteristics of well slot layout of offshore platform,it is recommended that the offshore platform adopt simple mobile base to carry out horizontal and vertical sliding of hydraulic lifting device to realize sidetracking operation.
