摘要
科技的发展使社会必要劳动时间大大缩短,由经济理性主导的资本主义社会的技术发展与失业状况存在直接关联,处在“双面社会”中的人们面临着社会分化、双重不公以及虚无的空闲时间,而资本主义制度对此拒绝承认和承担。作为超越资本主义而存在的社会主义,要对经济理性进行限制,以解除“技术法西斯主义”遮蔽下对“时间释放”的无所适从,采取前瞻性管理,实施工时缩减的灵活就业,以工资的多重构成保障人们的收入,以生态理性替代经济理性,实现时间解放、工作自由与生态良好。如此,“少而好”的生活才可以成为可能。第四次工业革命的浪潮滚滚而来,关于科技发展与劳动时间的资本主义批判对当今社会的发展具有重要启示意义。
The development of science and technology has greatly shortened the necessary labor time of society.The development of technology in capitalist society dominated by economic rationality is directly related to unemployment.People in the“two-faced society”are faced with social differentiation,double injustice and empty free time,while the capitalist system refuses to recognize and assume them.As a socialism transcending capitalism,it is necessary to restrict economic rationality so as to relieve the helplessness of“time release”under the cover of“technological fascism”.It should adopt forward-looking management,implement flexible employment reduction by working hours,protect people's income with multiple wage components,replace economic rationality with ecological rationality,and realize time liberation,work freedom and sound ecology.In this way,a“less and better”life can be made possible.The wave of the fourth industrial revolution has come,and the capitalist criticism on the development of technology and labor time has important implications for the development of today's society.
