摘要
在中医辨证论治体系的指导下,周鸿图教授临证处方当思维灵动活跃,无一拘泥于病症表象,跟诊疗期间多叹其辨病论治奇思。论文通过记叙周师临床运用清胃散这一清泻胃热之良方的遣方经验进行总结,发现其对胃火炽盛证之口疮、脾胃湿热之口臭及胃强脾弱之泄泻疗效确切,并举例3个医案,旨在为清胃散临床治疗相关疾病提供更多的思路。
Under the guidance of the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system,Professor ZHOU Hongtu’s clinical prescriptions were thoughtful and active,and he was not confined to the appearance of the disease.During the diagnosis and treatment,he sighed his wonders on syndrome differentiation and treatment.This article summarizes the clinical experience of Master ZHOU’s clinical application of Qingwei powder,a prescription for clearing stomach and heat.And give 3 medical cases,aiming to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of related diseases in Qingwei powder.
