摘要
结构强度试验过程中,测量系统在试验加载时可能会出现触发中断故障,触发环节包括控制系统输出端,信号转换箱端,测量系统接收端。根据工程实际问题,对故障发生的原因进行总结分析,并提出了一种基于概率的最优排故方法,提高了排故效率,具备一定的推广价值。
The technology belongs to the field of aircraft structural strength test.It is mainly aimed at the trigger interrupt fault of the measurement system during the test loading process,and the trigger links include output end of control system,signal conversion box and receiving end of measurement system.According to the actual problems of the project,the causes of the failure are summarized and analyzed.In addition,a probability based method of optimal troubleshooting is proposed,which improves the troubleshooting efficiency,and has certain promoting value.
