摘要
目的探讨运动、饮食、健康教育联合干预对学龄前儿童超重肥胖情况的影响观察。方法选取某地区儿童248名(均为学龄前儿童)作为研究对象,将之按自愿参加的原则随机分为观察组(n=124)和对照组(n=124),对所有儿童的超重肥胖情况进行分析,并指导对照组儿童进行单纯的饮食控制,而观察组则在对照组的基础上实施计划性的运动、饮食、健康教育联合干预方案。分别对两组儿童干预前及随访1年后的各项生理指标及Kaup指数进行客观的比较。结果经比较,观察组儿童由肥胖转为正常或超重,明显高于对照组儿童,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组儿童经干预后相关指标出现了不同程度的变化,其中观察组干预的其他生理指标评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);此外,观察组儿童干预后的Kaup指数评分(20.88±2.77)分明显低于对照组(24.59±3.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.852,P<0.05)。结论综合分析学龄前儿童超重肥胖情况的原因,再予以其运动、饮食、健康教育联合干预措施可以有助于改善儿童超重和肥胖状态,进而促进儿童的生理健康。
Objective To explore the effects of exercise,diet,and health education on the overweight and obesity of preschool children.Methods A total of 248 children(all preschool children)in a certain area were selected as the research object and randomly divided into an observation group(n=124)and a control group(n=124)according to the principle of voluntary participation.Analyze the overweight and obesity of all children,and guide the children in the control group to carry out simple diet control.On the basis of the control group,the observation group implemented a planned joint intervention program of exercise,diet,and health education.Objec-tively compare the physiological indexes and Kaup index of the two groups of children before intervention and one year after followup.Results By comparison,the children in the observation group changed from obese to normal or overweight,which was significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the relevant indicators of the two groups showed varying degrees of change.The scores of other physiological indicators of intervention in the group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);in addition,the Kaup index score(20.88±2.77)points of children in the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.59±3.01)points,the difference was statistical significnat(t=4.852,P<0.05).Conclusion A comprehensive analysis of the causes of overweight and obesity in preschool children,combined with exercise,diet,and health education combined interventions can help improve children’s overweight and obesity status,and thus promote children’s physical health.
