摘要
目的探究肺部超短波治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月期间该院收治的320例小儿肺炎患儿作为该次研究的主要对象,并将其随机分至两组,对照组患儿仅实施常规治疗,研究组患儿在实施常规治疗的基础上同时实施肺部超短波治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患儿治疗效果和临床指标情况进行调查。结果研究组患儿显效率(51.25%)和总有效率(95.63%)显著高于对照组患儿显效率(31.88%)和总有效率(85.00%),数据经检验差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.050、10.670,P<0.05);研究组患儿体温恢复正常、咳嗽减轻、肺部啰音消失及住院时间均显著短于对照组患儿,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(t=6.720、7.130、6.800、7.850,P<0.05)。结论将肺部超短波应用于小儿肺炎的临床治疗当中,可有效提高患儿治疗效果,加快患儿症状缓解,效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrashort wave treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,320 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the main objects of this study,and they were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of the conventional treatment,ultrashort wave treatment of the lungs was carried out at the same time.After the treatment,the treatment effects and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were investigated.Results The significant efficiency(51.25%)and total effective rate(95.63%)of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than the significant efficiency(31.88%)and total effective rate(85.00%)of the control group,and the data were statistically significant difference(χ^2=9.050,10.670,P<0.05);The temperature of the patients in the study group returned to normal,the cough was reduced,the rales in the lungs disappeared,and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The data were statistically significant difference(t=6.720,7.130,6.800,7.850,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrashort wave of the lungs in the clinical treatment of pediatric pneumonia can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and accelerate the relief of patients’symptoms.The effect is remarkable.
