摘要
目的探讨左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗甲状腺功能减退的效果。方法对该院2017年2月—2019年3月收治的甲状腺功能减退患者,按标准从中方便选择82例作为该次研究的对象,盲选法随机分为两组,各组病例数一致。对照组患者接受左甲状腺素钠治疗,研究组采用左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗。观察与比较两组甲状腺功能指标、血硒水平、血脂检查结果以及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组患者FT3(4.67±0.21)pmol/L、FT4(27.10±5.63)pmol/L、TSH(4.76±6.81)mIU/mL、TG(0.71±0.35)mmol/L、TC(4.53±0.47)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.18±0.07)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.48±0.35)mmol/L均优于对照组的(5.82±0.17)pmol/L、(20.08±5.42)pmol/L、(4.07±6.89)mIU/mL、(1.08±0.32)mmol/L、(5.68±0.39)mmol/L、(1.09±0.04)mmol/L、(3.83±0.29)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.031、3.904、3.829、3.892、4.051、3.761、4.228,P<0.05);治疗后研究组血硒水平(124.81±9.67)μg/L明显低于对照组(186.73±11.48)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.308、P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率(7.32%)明显低于对照组(26.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.061,P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺功能减退患者实施左甲状腺素钠联合补硒治疗能够有效改善患者甲状腺功能与血脂情况,提升患者体内血硒浓度,治疗安全性更高。
Objective To investigate the effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium supplementation on hypothyroidism.Methods For the patients with hypothyroidism treated in the hospital from February 2017 to March 2019,82 patients were convenient selected as the object of this study according to the standard.The blind selection method was randomly divided into two groups with the same number of cases in each group.Patients in the control group received levothyroxine sodium treatment,while study group received levothyroxine sodium plus selenium supplementation.Observe and compare the thyroid function indexes,blood selenium levels,blood lipid test results,and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results After treatment,patients in the study group hadFT3(4.67±0.21)pmol/L、FT4(27.10±5.63)pmol/L、TSH(4.76±6.81)mIU/mL、TG(0.71±0.35)mmol/L、TC(4.53±0.47)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.18±0.07)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.48±0.35)mmol/L,were better than the control group of(5.82±0.17)pmol/L、(20.08±5.42)pmol/L、(4.07±6.89)mIU/mL、(1.08±0.32)mmol/L、(5.68±0.39)mmol/L、(1.09±0.04)mmol/L、(3.83±0.29)mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.031,3.904,3.829,3.892,3.892,4.051,3.761,4.228,P<0.05);blood selenium levels in the study group(124.81±9.67)μg/L were significantly lower than those in the control group(186.73±11.48)μg/L after treatment,with statistical differences(t=4.308,P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions(7.32%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.83%),which was statistically significantly different(χ^2=7.061,P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium supplementation in patients with hypothyroidism can effectively improve the thyroid function and blood lipids of patients,increase the blood selenium concentration in patients,and make the treatment safer.
