摘要
目的探讨非营养性吸吮对足跟采取所致新生儿疼痛的作用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月于该院出生的新生儿66例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各33例,对照组直接采血,研究组在采血前3 min和采血时使患儿进行非营养性吸吮。结果对照组疼痛面容持续时间平均(47.2±7.2)s,研究组(24.8±5.2)s;对照组新生儿啼哭时间平均(41.7±6.8)s,研究组(14.7±3.8)s,差异有统计学意义(t=14.488、19.911,P<0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮可显著减轻新生儿足跟采血时的疼痛。
Objective To explore the effect of non-nutritive sucking on neonatal pain caused by heel adoption.Methods A total of 66 neonates born in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each with 33 cases.The control group collected blood directly.The study group gave the children non-nutritive sucking 3min before and during blood collection.Results The average pain duration in the control group was(47.2±7.2)s,the study group was(24.8±5.2)s;the average crying time of the newborns in the control group was(41.7±6.8)s,and the study group was(14.7±3.8)s.The difference was statistical significance(t=14.488,19.911,P<0.05).Conclusion Non-nutritive sucking can significantly reduce the pain of the neonatal heel blood collection,which is worthy of clinical application.
