摘要
为明确链霉菌的生物学特性,采用生长速率法对链霉菌生长环境条件和营养条件进行研究。结果表明:链霉菌生长的适宜温度为25~30℃,最适生长温度为30℃;在pH5~10病菌均可生长,最适pH为6;全黑暗有利于病菌生长。生长最适的碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为L-赖氨酸。
In order to clarify the biological characteristics of Streptomyces scabies,the growth rate method was used to study the environmental and nutritional conditions of Streptomyces scabies.The results showed that the suitable temperature for the growth of Streptomyces scabies was 25-30℃,and the optimum temperature was 30℃;the pathogen could grow at pH5-10,and the optimum pH was 6.The whole darkness was favorable for the growth of Streptomyces scabies.The optimum carbon source for growth was glucose and nitrogen source was L-lysine.
