摘要
针对具有96天超短工期、体量大、自然气候条件恶劣等特点的甘南文旅会展中心项目,分析工程的难点与特点,然后从工程设计、物资采购、施工管理等方面阐述EPC项目的管理,最后从设计施工、全要素管理、风险防范等角度介绍本项目的实施经验。
For Gannan culture and tourism exhibition center project with 96 days of ultra short construction period,large volume and bad natural climate conditions,this paper analyzes the difficulties and characteristics of the project.Then expounds the EPC project management from engineering design,material procurement and construction management.Finally introduces the practice experience of the project from design-construction,total factor management and risk prevention.
