摘要
煤炭是我国的主要能源,近些年来煤炭行情一直低迷,降低煤炭企业物质采购成本对煤炭企业提升经济效益具有一定的促进意义。因此,从管理、竞争以及质量把控等方面探讨降低煤矿企业物资采购成本措施,以期能降低企业采购成本。
Coal is the main energy source in China. In recent years, the coal market has been in a downturn. Reducing the material procurement cost of coal enterprises has a certain significance to promote the economic benefits of coal enterprises.Therefore, from the aspects of management, competition and quality control, this paper discusses the measures to reduce the material procurement cost of coal mining enterprises, in order to reduce the enterprise procurement costs.
