摘要
针对目前钣金拉深模具设计质量差、效率低的问题,采用基于知识库的快速计算拉深系数等关键参数的优化流程,较好地解决了目前设计存在的缺陷,能够大幅提升设计质量和工作效率,具有一定的实用性和参考价值。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of poor quality and low efficiency in sheet metal drawing die design, the optimization process of rapid calculation of key parameters such as drawing coefficient based on knowledge base is adopted, which solves the defects of the current design and can greatly improve the design quality and work efficiency,and has certain practicability and reference value.
