摘要
比较梅县4个地方6个试验点的沙田柚在不同种植条件下不同时期总糖和果糖含量的变化,分析了不同的种植条件对沙田柚糖度的影响。采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸(DNS)比色法测定总糖和果糖的含量。结果表明,随着沙田柚果实的成熟,沙田柚果实内部总糖和果糖的含量逐渐增多;不同的土质种植对沙田柚糖度的影响显著,红壤土种植并施复合肥的沙田柚总糖含量较高;果糖的含量受施肥种类因素影响显著,为沙田柚果实品质调控研究提供参考。
This acticle compared the changes of total sugar and fructose content of Shatian pomelo at six experimental points in four places in Mei county under different planting conditions at different periods,and analyzed the effect of different planting conditions on the sugar content of Shatian pomelo.3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS)colorimetric method for the determination of total sugar and fructose.With the maturity of Shatian pomelo fruit,the content of total sugar and fructose in Shatian pomelo fruit gradually increased.The effect of Shatian pomelo sugar content was significant.The total sugar content of Shatian pomelo planted in red soil and compound fertilizer was high,and the fructose content was significantly affected by the factors of fertilization.This study provided a reference for the study of Shatian pomelo fruit quality regulation.
