摘要
随着科学技术的发展,ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱仪)因其高效和高精密度的特性,在金属元素的分析中所发挥的作用将会越来越大,也有越来越多的实验室选用它作为元素分析的首选仪器。本文结合实验数据,探究ICP-MS在连续分析不同浓度和不同元素的稳定性。
With the development of science and Technology,ICP-MS will play an increasingly importan role in the analysis of metal elements because of its high efficiency and precision,and more and more laboratories have chosen it as the pre⁃ferred instrument for elemental analysis.In this paper,combined with experimental data,the stability of ICP-MS in continu⁃ous analysis of different concentrations and different elements was explored.
