摘要
为了解某试制HEV车型发动机在不同工作模式下的启停状态对车内振动的影响,测试中通过CAN通信协议的读取,对发动机的工作参数进行监控,对实验数据在时域范围内进行处理,分析了发动机的启停特性以及对车内的振动冲击影响。结果表明:HEV发动机启停过程对车内振动影响较小,能够满足设计目标值的要求,对当下HEV车型前期振动开发起到了良好的借鉴作用。
To get to know,in different working models,the effect of engine start-stop in a trial HEV on vibration inside the vehicle,a testing is conducted to read the CAN communication protocol,monitor the working parameters of the engine,process data within time domain and analyze characteristics of engine start-stop and vibration impact inside the car.The results show that HEV engine start-stop process has little vibration impact in the vehicle,which meets the requirement of set target value.It is expected to offer a reference to the preliminary development of HEV vibration.
