摘要
能力验证是实验室日常检测工作质量保证的有效方式,电气间隙和爬电距离能力验证涉及到的产品类别包括有低压电器、防爆电器和家用电器等,涉及面广,产品类别众多,是所有电气产品的常规检测项目,电气间隙和爬电距离的准确测量是试验室最基本的要求。结合家电产品的特点和电路结构对电气间隙和爬电距离的正确路径进行分析,并说明在测量时应该注意的X值等要点,避免出现检验测量误差。
Ability verification is an efficative way of daily detecting work quality guarantee of a laboratory.The ability verification of the clearance and creepage distance deals with rarieties of products,including low voltage apparatus,explosion proof electric equipment and household electrical appliance and so on,which is routine detecting items for all electric apparatus products.It is the most basic requirements for accurate measurements of the clearance and creepage distance to be tested in a laboratory.Unite to correct way analysis of homehold electric apparatus product characteristics and circuit structure to the clearance and creepage distane and point out the key points of X Value etc.to be paid attention to when measuring,avoiding errors in measurement when they are tested.
